Confirming a step keeps failing even though Face ID works elsewhere on my phone
Open iOS Settings for the app and make sure "Require Face ID" is toggled the way you expect, then check Settings → Face ID & Passcode to confirm Face ID is enrolled and enabled for other apps. The app only ever asks iOS for a yes/no — it never sees your biometric data itself.
I don't want the Face ID step at all
It's optional in every app. Turn it off from the in-app Settings screen and confirmations happen with a tap instead.
I'm not getting the daily reminder
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → (app name) and make sure notifications are allowed, and check whether a Focus or Do Not Disturb mode is silencing them. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device — there's no server involved, so there's nothing on our end to check.
How do I delete a child's data?
Open Settings inside the app and use Remove Hero / Remove Kid. This permanently erases that profile's routines, tasks, stars, or history. Deleting the app removes everything else immediately.
